I’m the 3rd generation to run this family business. I hope to continue to pursue great taste, and maintain this high quality as long as I can.

Soba requires a very delicate production process and its flavor changes greatly depending on the temperature and humidity each day. I want to be a person that can appreciate the subtle differences in flavor and enjoy the pursuit of making it taste even better. I hope to make my restaurant prosper here for a long period of time.
