Q1. What are your plans for your store / restaurant / bar / business?
I started out here with no direct connection to anyone in Yokohama. I definitely could not have run this business for so long if I hadn’t been so warmly received by the people of Yoshidamachi. I want to repay their kindness by serving the best Okinawan food you can find in Yokohama and lending a strong helping hand in the development of this district.
Q2. Tell us about your personal aspirations for the future.
I want to be someone who always takes good care of my family, friends, and all others who are very dear to me.
